    Instead of sitting in front of the television and laughing at the painful, cringe-worthy falls on American Ninja Warrior, why not give it a try yourself? Then you’ll experience firsthand exactly how difficult this obstacle course is. During this class, you’ll tackle 2-4 main obstacles, each of which requires a multitude of skills from disciplines like parkour, gymnastics, and rock climbing. Increase your physical and mental strength as your train yourself to efficiently support your entire body weight. You’ll also work on increasing your endurance as you tackle the likes of the Salmon Ladder, Swinging Nunchucks, Warped Wall, and Quad Steps. You’ll learn to use both apparati to perform dazzling acrobatic tricks, working out in a beginner-friendly, supportive environment. Pick up fundamental mounting techniques, and transitions and poses designed to show off your sensual side once you get airborne. As an introduction, you’ll be given plenty of time and space to build the flexibility, strength, and stamina necessary for more complex aerial tricks -- plus, your confidence will be at new heights, too!
