In this class, after a solid introductory stretch, you'll focus on other flexibility-related skills, like splits, backbends, handstands, tumbling and balances. By the end of class, you'll not only feel great, but you'll have the confidence to perform the skills that always seemed out of reach!

    Aerial Silk Dance

During this intro class, you'll cover safety training and undergo basic orientation before you get the chance to climb into the air. Then you'll run through fun poses, combining them to create a breathtaking aerial performance. In this intro class, you can learn to adopt that level of grace in a safe and nurturing environment. While working low to the ground, you'll explore the fluid, challenging, and inspirational world of aerial. Only when you've mastered the basics can you soar higher in the air and start putting steps together into a routine. Don't be fooled: aerial dance is not easy!
