Babalu's Iron Gym is led by former Strikeforce Light Heavyweight Champion Renato "Babalu" Sobral, so you know you're learning from the best.

In this class, you'll get to compete in whatever gym attire you like, rather than the traditional Gi robe. You'll start with basic No Gi BJJ techniques before heading into more advanced territory, and trying your new moves out during live sparring sessions!

This is a fantastic way to learn a new sport while getting in shape. You'll also master self-defense skills which could become useful in a pinch.

You'll learn self-discipline as you rise to meet every new challenge.
