Muay Thai is a traditional Brazilian based fighting style that combines kicking, punching, and kneeing. In this class, you will learn incredibly valuable self-defense techniques, while strengthening your core, arm, and legs.

You’ll also get to improving your flexibility, balance, and focus, lose weight, and undergo increased cardiovascular conditioning, all while learning some incredibly useful self-defense skills.
