You'll receive training for proper body position and timing to develop the strength and flexibility needed to pull off cool maneuvers. Each lesson begins with an emphasis on stretching, as flexibility is as crucial as power and body position. You'll develop your range of motion to enable yourself to perform movements you never thought your body was capable of. In terms of strength training, you'll practice exercises from parkour and cheer as well in order to build the muscles you need to do handstands and handsprings, as well as backflips and layouts.
