During this free trial session, you’ll partake in the zazen style of meditation, which is a Japanese method of sitting and observing what arises.
Your experienced and knowledgeable instructor will set the tone and posture at the beginning of the class, then call for silence for the rest of the period.
Center your thoughts and yourself -- let your worries fade away as you focus on your breathing. You’ll find that taking some time out of your day to sit still can do WONDERS for your state of mind!
