At Guillobel Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy, you’ll learn self-defense from the experts. At this BJJ Flow Fundamentals class you’ll focus on developing your mounts, guards, and arm locks, all characteristic of BJJ. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, you’ll learn ways to defend yourself against potential threats while at the same time getting a great workout and learning to feel good about yourself. Partner up with other students, practice your new moves, and become a part of a new community.

The only downside is that treadmills across the country will be sitting there gathering dust.
