Is your rough-and-tumble fighting style a little rough around the edges? Optimus Brazilian Jiu Jitsu wants to help you learn the fundamentals of the incredible aforementioned martial arts style.

Under the tutelage of an expert instructor, you’ll learn the basic techniques of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, including grappling, locks, and throws. During the learning process, you’ll also get in great shape -- martial arts are great for building strength and agility.

Martial arts also benefit more than just your body! Setting goals and then working hard to reach them is great for self-discipline and focus.

You’re also likely to make new friends -- live sparring can lead to some great relationships!
