Tapas are tiny, flavorful bites of sheer ecstasy are served on small plates, intended to be shared among diners. This makes them perfect for engaging dinner parties built around a shared culinary experience. In addition to learning to craft a few tapas on your own, this kitchen experience will also teach you to make a delicious paella, the perfect accompaniment. Plus, you’ll also pick up presentation techniques that are vital to the tapas experience!

The class takes place in the bright creative kitchen space maintained by PREP Kitchen Essentials, where you’ll get your hands dirty alongside fellow classmates. This makes the workshop not only a great educational experience, but a great place to make some new foodie friends.

On the menu: Roasted Red Pepper Salad with Goat Cheese Toasts; White Bean and Artichoke Puree; Spanish Style Spinach Salad with Manchego; Paella with Chicken, and Shrimp and Sausage.

And if that wasn’t enough, you’ll also learn to make a deliciously fruity sangria! You need something wash down all that yum, afterall!

Cancellation notice must be provided at least 4 days in advance in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made three days or less before the class date will incur a 30% “cost of goods” fee (based on the total fee paid) with the remainder put on a Cooking Class voucher that can be applied toward a future class.
