This cardio-fitness class takes the basic techniques of kickboxing, and fuses them into an energetic workout routine that will not only tone your body but will also help you develop one heck of a roundhouse!
Over the course of an hour long group session, you'll take your fitness routine to all new heights, with an intense workout that'll have you dripping in sweat. In addition to kicks and punches, you'll be introduced to powerful ballistic bodyweight calisthenics designed to perfectly complement a basic kickboxing workout.
This class proves that sometimes it's best to go into things feet first!
