This ego-transcending spiritual exercise is best practiced when the sun is at a 60 degree angle to the Earth, before the hustle and bustle of life takes over. Sadhna involves exercise, meditation, chanting, and affirmations. These sessions are perfect for beginners, but more experienced practitioners are welcome as well. You’ll learn techniques that you can use in your personal life, so you’ll be able to explore Sadhna on your own.
