    Glacier Lake Guided Kayak Trip

Luckily you'll be in the hands of an experienced guide as you paddle around these obstacles in your very own kayak! Just a few miles from downtown Juneau, the Mendenhall Glacier has created a stunning playground for outdoor enthusiasts. In addition to the aforementioned ice, you'll find yourself surrounded by sweeping vistas of rainforest-covered mountain peaks with powerful waterfalls plunging downward from atop them. While embodying the "real Alaskan" experience, this incredible adventure is open to paddlers of all experience levels. As you paddle, your guide will teach you everything you need to know, in addition to enhancing the experience with stories of intrepid naturalists. Roundtrip shuttle transportation from the cruiseship dock and local hotels is provided. Your adventure will take approximately 4.5 hours round trip and will include five to six miles of paddling.
