Troubles with the local Cobra Kai chapter? Or maybe you're just looking to get fit? In either case, learning a little karate will go a long way. This introductory class is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of this venerable self-defense style and sport.

You'll work on your punches, kicks and throws under the guidance of a trained sensei, and then practice those techniques on the mat in controlled sparring. In addition to building the confidence to defend yourself in real life, you'll be developing your strength, flexibility, and body control, getting a great workout.

Karate also has a reputation for instilling greater discipline and mental focus in its practitioners, making it an all-around great martial arts from to study. The classics never go out of style.
