Who knew you could get fit while playing footsies? This high-tempo kickboxing class is designed to give you a fun and effective workout while introducing you to one of the most popular styles of martial arts.
You'll build form and power working out with stand-alone combos and heavy bag drills, learning a variety of kicks and punches in the process. This is a great way to develop your self-defense capabilities, bring out your competitive side, and shed calories and stress.
