There is a beautiful grace to the art of aerial dance that involves a tantamount measure of control, flexibility, physical strength, and mental concentration. In this intro class, you can learn to adopt that level of grace in a safe and nurturing environment.

While working low to the ground, you'll explore the fluid, challenging, and inspirational world of aerial. Be prepared to use muscles you have never used before, giving yourself a great workout while having fun dancing.

Only when you've mastered the basics can you soar higher in the air and start putting steps together into a routine. Don't be fooled: aerial dance is not easy! But the pay-off is more than what you can imagine.

Come feel the sensation of flying! No experience is necessary.
