Let's face it: it's practical and it's smart for a woman to know how to defend herself. You'll never be caught off guard after taking this Moxie Chicks and Kicks Class at Kaikudo!

You'll work on the basic mechanics, practicing from a stationary position. Then gradually, you'll add hitting pads and start moving forward, backward, and sidewards. As you incorporate multiple techniques, you'll practice with a live dummy in various situations!

Build muscle memory, become more effective, and gain strength and confidence as you train!
