    Kaikudo

If you want to be as all-knowing and as badass as Bruce Lee, here's where you can start! At Kaikudo Martial Arts Academy, you'll learn Kaikudo, a martial arts system that combines traditional Japanese and Chinese styles. Practice a broad range of footwork, body-axis movement, hand sensitivity, and redirection of energy in order to maximize defensive and offensive strategies. The benefits are not only physical, but also mental as Kaikudo develops the mind and the spirit through focus and breathing exercises. You'll even get to practice a bit of Taido Karate, Judo, and Taijiquan, all of which are self-defense forms that influence Kaikudo.
