Not only will you pick up award-winning techniques for barbecuing brisket au jus, competition-style ribs, and juicy pulled pork, but you'll also take home recipes for sauces, rubs, brines, injections, marinades, gourmet BBQ sides, and desserts! WHEW -- that was a mouthful.
And speaking of mouthfuls, you'll also stuff your BBQ-lovin' face with breakfast, lunch, and a delicious banquet dinner!
You'll also be given a student manual with step-by-step instructions, a university apron, and on-going support and access to Southern Thunder BBQ Cooking School's talented instructors!
