This introductory class will make fixing that a "brisé"!
This class is designed to help absolute beginners build a solid foundation in ballet dance. Through simple, direct teaching from a trained dancer, you'll learn the essential arm and leg positions of ballet, basic steps, and simple combinations in an energetic and supportive studio environment.
You'll start out your session with breathing alignment exercises, followed by barre work to elongate and awaken your body. Then, you'll take the center floor to practice motions learned on the barre before moving to across the floor movements that will involve a variety of jumps -- all while enjoying the company of fellow beginners!
