Vertical Joe's Fitness Studio is an expert on such things. They've been grinding poles and laps since Day 1. In this class, you'll learn pole moves that are so hot, it's a wonder they're not illegal...moves that'll please whomever you'd like to please.

You'll not only learn the skills to make hearts pound and jaws drop, you'll get a great workout and have a lot of fun. Vertical Joe's is professional through-and-through, and all Vertical Joe's classes take place in a welcoming and comfortable environment.
