    Tumbling

    Does "tumbling" bring up images of your childhood when you used to do cartwheels and somersaults across the living room floor? Well, tumbling isn't just for kids! It's actually quite the intense workout, requiring strength and flexibility. During this class, you'll learn the basic skills from professional gymnastics coaches.     Aerial Silks

    Have you ever heard of a "binky"? When a bunny gets so excited it can hardly stand it, the little creature jumps and twists its body as if it were literally tweaking out on happiness. Who knew. Well, the folks at Four Elements probably knew about the term for two reasons: 1. They have a house rabbit. 2. Their class participants are probably binkying all over the place, because this is one super fun class. For beginner to beginning intermediate-level aerialists, this class will work on climbs, wraps, fabric locks, fabric theory and the myriad of moves that comes thereby.     Flying Trapeze Session

    One of the hardest things to learn in life is when to let go. It takes awareness and acceptance. It takes courage. It even takes a sense of adventure. Hey, look. There's a class. Get your flying trapeze career off the ground with Lone Star Trapeze Academy. Designed for participants of various backgrounds, both children and adults, this high-flying introduction will introduce you to the terms, the theory, and the technique. Work with experienced trapeze artists that put fun and safety on equal footing (no pun intended), in a state-of-the-art outdoor training facility.
