In this class, you'll enjoy learning from experienced professionals in the comfort of a supportive and collaborative learning environment. This support will motivate you to easily pick up the hold, throws, and strikes that are the trademarks of this style of combat.

You'll work in stand-alone drills as well as in partner sparring to hone your fighting instincts and learn the techniques needed to overcome an opponent of any size that Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu prides itself on.

Plus, you get to wear a gi, the traditional uniform of this style. Who doesn't like a good gi!
