    Looking to take the leap into ballet? Land in this class, and you'll have gotten off on the right foot! Designed for students of all levels, including non-dancers, the instructors in this class focus on helping students develop a strong foundation in essential ballet technique. Each class starts with barre exercises to help warm up and elongate the body, before hitting the centre floor. There, you'll practice combinations and across-the-floor technique to help you develop your form and artistry. In addition to technique, you'll also be developing the strength and flexibility to support further and more complex study and gaining the confidence that comes with learning a performance art.
