Then, put your knowledge to the test and follow up your morning classroom session by spending 45 minutes in a heated indoor pool.

While in the pool, your SCUBA instructors will also show you some key pool skills you can apply when SCUBA diving near a beach close to Hilo Bay, a popular port for relaxing on the beach, SCUBA diving and snorkeling on Hawaii's Big Island. Next, you'll make your way to spend 45 minutes SCUBA diving in the open waters near one of the reefs that hug the Big Island's coastline. Note: Guests must be 10 years of age or older and be able to swim unassisted in the ocean. Guests must complete and submit PADI/NAUI mandatory medical questionnaire 72h prior to excursion. Guests also must successfully pass the classroom and confined portion of activity in order to proceed to the ocean dive component.
