Kick off with a scenic drive to the KapohoKine Adventure zipline course. Eight ziplines await, which cover nearly two cumulative miles!

Charge your batteries with a picnic lunch and get ready to take flight again, this time, aboard a real-life whirly bird! Take in sprawling tropical forests and black lava flows backed by endless blue. Fly through columns of steam and smoke as you scan below for ongoing volcanic activity. Marvel up close at Rainbow and Akaka Falls.

Afterwards, continue to tour by ground, visiting active craters and steam vents, walking through a lava tube, and visiting the Jaggar Museum. At Volcano Winery, enjoy a private tour of the vineyard and tea orchard, dinner, and wine!

Finally, celebrate the day with a return to the park where you'll have the opportunity to look for current volcanic activity in the light of the setting sun.

Closed-toe shoes are required. Zipline tours are not for pregnant women or anybody with current or pre-existing heart, neck, or back conditions or injuries. Guests are required to sign a liability waiver on arrival. Guests must be able to negotiate stairs, and lift 15 pounds. Guests must weigh between 35 and 275 pounds, and be at least 5 years of age. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
