    Upper Deck Trolley Tours

Learn about colonial Boston, the transition from Boston as a tiny spit of land to The Hub of culture and commerce it became. See the architectural marvels and hear the stories of those who gave their lives and fortunes in every century for the glory of Boston and America! Never heard of the Great Molasses Flood of 1919? It almost sounds funny, but it was a true disaster that claimed lives and left Boston Harbor sweet and sticky for months! Where is the world’s widest cable-stayed bridge? That’s right: Boston! The Zakim Bunker Hill Bridge carries 10 lanes of traffic across the Charles River. It’s spires are shaped to reflect the nearby Bunker Hill Monument and the overall look is reminiscent of the USS Constitution and other great sailing ships. While other trolley tours bring you through the city -- and into traffic -- the Upper Deck Trolleys are custom-built to allow you to see above the traffic to the true sites and history of Boston!
