When you think wine, you generally think of France -- or maybe that one episode of I Love Lucy. With all the different varieties, including Chardonnays, Burgundys, and delicious Champagnes, French wines take years to dissect. During this introductory wine class, enjoy a tour of only the most famous French grapes and regions. You'll learn about the differences between Burgundy (not just a color) and Bordeaux, while receiving a good grounding in the essential grapes from around the globe. As is necessary for any French tasting, an accompaniment of bread and cheese will also be provided. Can wine get any more delicious?
Note: Sign up for the first class through Vimbly, and the following sessions meet on the same day and time the subsequent five weeks.
