Muay Thai: the martial art that can come at you from many angles. How to use your fists, elbows, shins, feet, and knees to strike your opponent will be taught and extensively covered. You’ll also learn the importance of achieving a high level of fitness and toughness to reach the stamina of a ring fighter. A variety of other techniques used in other martial art disciplines will be briefly taught to give you a fuller understanding of fighting and competing. With training, your understanding of why Muay Thai is called “the art of eight limbs” will take shape. You will learn a modified form of Muay Thai that has been proven effective.

Marcelo Siqueira first began training Muay Thai under world famous instructor Master Rudimar Fredrigo, at the top-ranked Chute Boxe Academy in Curtiba, Brazil. He later became a Brazilian kickboxing champion and still continues to train with the Chute Boxe team in Curtiba every year.
