Hey “Jabroni”! I know the couch is pretty comfortable to lay on, but (unfortunately) it’s not really an effective approach to get in shape. However, wrestling sure is! Come experience the workout of your life with a class on wrestling! Discover foundational wrestling moves like clinches, throws, and takedowns. Learn a new sport that will test your limits as you improve your muscle strength, endurance, and confidence. After mastering your new craft through practicing live drills and takedowns, maybe you’ll even be ready to show The Rock who the real ‘Jabroni’ is in this relationship.
