Looking for a fun workout where you can get your tan on, too? Stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) is the sport for you. In this introductory lesson, you'll learn the basics of paddleboarding, from getting on and off your board, to proper paddling and maneuvering techniques. You'll start with a dry-land introduction that will include a SUP warm-up, proper water safety, and SUP etiquette. Once you're ready to hit the water, you'll learn how to go safely from your belly to your feet. Your professional, friendly instructor will help you through proper standing technique, paddling technique, turning the board, and maneuvering over and through small waves. Take a stand, and try it out!
Note: Life jacket, paddle, wetsuit, and paddling jacket rentals are included in the price of your booking. Drysuit rentals are not included, but are available for $20 per trip to be paid upon arrival.
