This beginner class consists of two fascinating martial arts -- Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Kenpo karate -- that are equally great for physical and mental training! With Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, you will primarily focus on defensive techniques and grappling maneuvers. Its aim is to get you in a position where your opponents are either being submitted, or in a position where they are unable to harm you. Aside from grappling, your instructors will also help you gain a foundation for Mixed-Martial Arts, wrestling, and Judo. With Kenpo karate's all-encompassing methods uncover its self-defense techniques, like punching, kicking and blocking, and get or stay in shape with a physical routine that will build your stamina and dexterity.
