Come take a class that focuses on the KAPAP self-defense system -- KAPAP stands for Krav Panim el Panim; when literally translated, it means Face-to-Face Combat. KAPAP bridges a variety of different disciplines for a full understanding of self-defense methods and techniques. This class will teach you the importance of biomechanics in knowing how to defend yourself. Principles such as those of push and pull, balance and balance displacement, economy of motion, and chain of attack will teach you how to get the most out of your training. You will engage in a martial art that incorporates Mixed-Martial Arts (MMA) aspects, but includes both empty hand combat and use of weapons. Add this unique form of self-defense to your repertoire!
