Looking for an introduction to the martial art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu? This class begins with a brief warm-up of ten to fifteen minutes of exercises specifically designed to prepare your body for grappling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. In this class, you'll be paired up with a student-instructor who will make sure that you have a safe and positive learning experience. You will learn the principles of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and have plenty of time to practice them. Grappling-only sparring with no striking will follow, which can practiced at your own pace. Expect to learn in a congenial environment that focuses on dedication and mutual respect.
