Muay Thai Kickboxing: a great way to get in shape, learn self-defense, and, most importantly, have fun! The class begins with a brief warm-up of shadow boxing. Then, after getting introduced to the basic methods of the combat sport, you will progress to technique and pad work, bag work, and partner drills. You'll get a terrific workout while still going at your own pace. The class finishes with ab work and a cool down period. Enjoy learning in an environment with a real sense of mutual respect and collegiality and getting the most out of your training!
