Come get your kicks at this no gi jiu jitsu class! You'll learn how to mount, guard, and choke from an experienced instructor, who will teach the moves step-by-step. Special emphasis will be placed on sparring, so you'll be a pro in no time!

Like all martial arts, jiu jitsu involves exercising both the mind and the body, resulting in holistic benefits such as strengthened muscles, increased agility, and improved endurance.

This class is the perfect way to workout your body and gain confidence. By the end of class you'll be prepared for anything that the world may throw at you!
