About the Teacher
Daoist monk Zhou Xuan Yun (pronounced Joh Sh-wen Yoon), grew up on Wudang Mountain, China, where he was a student and later an instructor of Taiji and Kung Fu. Students on Wudang Mountain complete some of the most rigorous athletic training in the world. With over 10 years of teaching experience, he has dedicated his life to the study and spread of Wudang arts in Boston and around the world.
