Sometimes a good offense is the best defense -- but that doesn't mean you don't need defense! Learn self defense in a unique way that incorporates elements of Integrated Combative Arts Training (iCAT) and Small Circle JuJitsu (SCJ) for a formula that gives you a variety of knowledge to pull from. Use the principles of SCJ like balance, stability, and resistance, along with other styles of training, to learn how to navigate situations where self-defense is pertinent. You will also train your body and mind to be at peak performance with iCAT's simple and practical methods and styles. Self-defense knowledge can provide the comfort you need to feel safe in any situation.
