Belly dance is one of the oldest and most evolved forms of dance in the world; it’s historic, yet incredibly sensual and fresh! In this beginner class, learn the fundamentals, stretch and tone your body, and learn the basic moves of this ancient and beautiful feminine art. Right when you enter, you’ll feel like you’re already more flexible. Warm up your body and learn the rudimentary techniques and choreographic moves of belly dancing. The benefits of belly dancing are vast and consist of many incentives: sculpt and firm your body, build muscle tone, stimulate your digestive system, improve your stamina and grace -- all without stress or fatigue. About the Teacher
Paulina Ramirez Williams is certified through the Pole Fitness Association and received her instructor training from Cirque de Soleil-performer and International Pole Dance Champion, Felix Cane. Her training includes flexibility and contortion and she is also certified in X-Pert Pole Fitness.
