About this Activity
Before the notion “bands-a make her dance” became the popular consensus, in the fitness world, there was the rise of pole dancing for fitness and sensual purposes. In this beginner class, learn choreographed routines and moves that will have your body toned, feeling flexible, and feeling stronger than ever. Learn the tools to express yourself! As you learn to spin, descend, and transition, you won’t even notice how much work you’re actually doing because you’ll be having so much fun!

About the Teacher
Paulina Ramirez Williams is certified through the Pole Fitness Association and received her instructor training from Cirque de Soleil-performer and International Pole Dance Champion, Felix Cane. Her training includes flexibility and contortion and she is also certified in X-Pert Pole Fitness.
