This approach led to the creation of fighting techniques that no longer were limited to just punches and kicks. Muay Thai will give you the dexterity to feel like you have full control over your body, and know how to use it in a combat situation. This class will teach you a wide range of techniques that will help you sharpen your abilities, by teaching you how to utilize your elbows and knees, and through defensive moves that focus on grappling and clinching. It’s also a great way to build endurance and get your body into tiptop shape.
