Fantastic tour! David is a knowledgeable guide and captivating storyteller. I've lived in Boston area for +25 years, yet discovered many never-explored cobblestone streets and tucked-away eateries/points of interest. Toured with family and friends, and we agreed this was wonderful. We will try others, and seek out David P. as our guide.

During our two days in Boston, we took two free walking tours by foot. First, the Freedom Trail Tour with Brian was very fun and full of anecdotes on the American Revolution (particularly interesting if you already know the basic history and heroes of the War). After, we took the Harvard Tour with David P. He is a really good guide too and offered us a lot of interesting facts about the history of this impresive university. And he was great with kids too! Both guides were excellent, very knowledgeable and professionnal. I find that those tours are the best way to discover the city and ask all of your questions!

Did the crime tour around Beacon hill. David was a fantastic guide who put passion and humour into his stories! I thoroughly enjoyed this. Highly recommend this tour for an evening in Boston.

We did the tour in North end and Little Italy. Our guide David P. spoke very clearly. We had quite a big group but I think everyone could understand him. He had great stories and was a good, enthusiastic, theatrical speaker. Especially if you're interested in food, the tour is perfect, because he gives lots and lots of tips and many restaurants are the best in town ;) Luckily, there also was much info on history and culture. Great tour, thank you David!

My family and I took the Cambridge/Harvard tour with David P on Saturday. He provided clear information on where to meet, where to park, and even of picture of what he looked like. This was perfect for out of town folks like us. My family of five were signed up for the tour, which included my 3 kids ranging from 9 to 15 yrs of age. David was highly captivating and full of so much interesting knowledge about the history of the area. My kids were initially not at all happy about taking a city tour, however at the end of the tour they actually thanked me for "booking a tour that is not boring"... in their own words. They enjoyed David's tour just as much as my husband and I did and discussed information David had shared with us even hours after the tour. David made sure to keep both young and old fully engaged in the tour, this is really important when traveling with kids. In fact,

David is an excellent tour guide! We completed three tours with him and each was super informative, very entertaining and engaging, and full of details that you'd never get from just reading signs or brochures. If anyone is "wondering" about these tours and if it's worth it to commit to a tour, it's definitely worth it! Don't delay and sign up for any of the tours. This is the second year I've been to Boston and each year I've taken the tours.

I signed up two tours with them. Both guides, David P. and Brian, brought us through the history and facts of Boston, which indeed improve my knowledge on the city. They are knowledgeable and helpful, and gave useful tips on what we visitors could avoid. The group size is ideal, and very clear instructions were given through emails once you booked a tour - the meeting place (with picture), how to look out for the guide, contact for help with the tour, extra reading materials on the place, etc The walks sure helps me clock my steps! It's worth the gratitude paid at the end of the trips.

My husband and I, and two teenagers, went on the food tour last week. Wow!
We easily found Beth to begin the tour (she is fantastic!).
The tour itself isn't an over extensive walk, so you don't have to worry if you're not in top shape, lol! She kept a good pace but you had lots of time to rest while in the grocery store, or sitting for gelato, or choosing your pizza for lunch. Beth certainly has intrigued me to return to Little Italy (we'll be back!) again, if not just to explore some of the restaurants.
It's not hard to leave the tour feeling stuffed (but, you don't have to, if you have better self control than we did...).
I liked the pay-as-you-can approach, because we were on a tight budget, but even after we left I felt that I wished I could have afforded more. I would take the same tour again in a minute, but will definitely be looking at the other tours offered by this company when we return to Boston.
Keep up the great work!
(easily accessible by subway, just a short walk from the Haymarket station.)

Awesome free tour. Brian our guide kept us all going with his history of Boston, told in his own unique way. Thanks Brian. You made the tour top notch!
