During this fun, engaging workout session, you'll be introduced to the art of pole dancing.

Learn the Ankle Swing, as well as 3 airborne pole swings! Plus, you'll get free time at the end of class to practice whatever you want on the pole.

This is a fun way to increase your overall physical strength, flexibility, and agility. Not to mention all the cool tricks you'll learn!

Note: There is a maximum of 5 students. All sizes and skill levels are welcome. You must be at least 18 years old.
