This class will answer all of your meaty questions, from buying to cooking. You’ll discuss cuts of beef, lamb, and pork, learn appropriate cooking methods, and practice trimming steaks and roasts. Eliminate the guess work out of testing meat for its completion. In this class, you may cook beef steak, lamb roast, or baby-back ribs. Cook a succulent steak that’s perfect every time.
