Whenever you feel like learning how to defend yourself seems like an impossible feat, remember that all it takes is one lesson with Kenpo karate to make a change, resulting in a significant difference. Learn the traditional and self-defense aspects of this martial art, and build internal discipline of the mind, body, and spirit. Following warm-ups, train with Kihon "basics," and practice punches, kicks, blocks, stances, and footwork. After learning the basics, develop form, concentration, perseverance, and self-control techniques. Enjoy a full body workout and receive an effective self-defense lesson based on Kenpo methods and jiu jitsu techniques. In this beginner class, you'll have all the resources to making the process of learning how to defend yourself easier and a lot more fun to learn.

Adult Kenpo Karate January 10, 2014As an older student, I've found Keefe's Martial Arts to be most helpful for me to get back in shape. The classes are a great workout. I look forward to returning to the classes.
