Select a time slot first! Close your eyes and count to 3!About this Activity
First, make a simpler piece; choose from a pumpkin, paperweight or an ornament. You'll then have your choice of a larger and more involved piece to make. Choices include a tall-tumbler, scalloped-bowl, vase, 2nd pumpkin or a footed-bowl. Pick your favorite colors or work with clear glass. Then, let the professional instructors help you do the rest.
You'll have something of your own making to take home. So what are you waiting for? Get out there and blow some glass like an ancient Egyptian!
Note: You must be at least 13 years or older to participate. The $97.50 price is on a per person basis, but this class must be booked in pairs. All glass pieces need overnight annealing (a cooling process) and will be ready for pickup or shipment the next day.

Glassblowing July 10, 2017A coworker organized a glass blowing party here at Luke Adams Glass, and we had a great time. The staff assist you with creating a beautiful glass pumpkin, paper weight, jewelry, or some other kind of item. With their assistance you are able to learn the ropes and create a beautiful product at the end...safely. We had a great time and I love the glass items they create here.

Fused Jewelry Class (1 Hour) July 26, 2016I had Christine for the 1 hour class and had an amazing experience! She was a wonderful person and was so helpful throughout the process. She really cared about finding out what each person wanted to create and this became very clear throughout the hour we spent there. Such a fun and unique experience that I would recommend to anyone who likes having fun and trying new things.

Glassblowing April 2, 2016We had a blast with Christina as our guide! We went with another couple and made tumblers, paperweights, bowls and vases. Awesome stuff!
I truly loved learning about the process, and Christina was great about understanding where our capabilities extended and where she should take over before we burned an arm or a foot off.
I would love to do this again. Highly recommended! -

Glassblowing Workshop February 20, 2016We did a family glass blowing class (7 adults) and had a blast. Keith took great care of us, answered all of our questions and guided us through making beautiful bowls. Great, alternative way to spend time together and bond over learning a new craft.

Glassblowing Workshop June 9, 2015I had a gift certificate for one class and was trying to arrange a class for myself and my two daughters for last weekend. My daughter was just home from Seattle for a long weekend and my youngest daughter was graduating from High School on Sunday, so to say the least we had limited availability. Rebecca was wonderful and she arranged for us to be squeezed in for a one hour class on Friday evening. We had a wonderful time, we all made pumpkins and enjoyed every minute. I can't say enough about how accommodating they were and what a nice experience it was.

Fused Jewelry Class (1 Hour) April 26, 2015I received a jewelry class as a gift from my sister in law and it's probably been the best gift yet! The staff is super friendly and despite the sheer amount of broken glass that is in this building, I left with no cuts or shards in my cloths, this facility is clean. I purchased extra pieces and will definitely sign up for longer classes and maybe actually try the glass blowing portion. If you need a good girls night, date, or just an outing, it's worth the money.

Glassblowing Workshop January 24, 2015What a great thing to do! We did the 3 hr class and had an amazing time. Our instructor, Keith, was great...he told us what he was doing with every step, shared insight from his life as an artist. It was so much fun! Can't wait to go back for the 'wine & jewelry making' class.

Glassblowing July 22, 2014My mother and I took the 3 hour glass blowing class on Sunday, July 20th. I have to say it was amazingly fun!
Our instructor helped us pick out colors that went well together, and helped me straighten out my vase when I collapsed one side. We both love our pieces! I would definitely recommend and will return to make a scalloped bowl!
My 60+ mother even made beautiful pieces and had fun! -

Glassblowing Workshop March 30, 2014Loved our 3 hour class at Luke Adams. The instructors were really helpful and assisted in making our vision for each piece a reality. They really went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the final outcome. Yes, we received a lot of assistance from the instructors in making the pieces, but I still felt like we got to participate a lot in the tasks that weren't advanced. I would absolutely recommend this studio to anyone wanting to try glassblowing for the first time.

Glassblowing Workshop October 7, 2013We had such a good time. I purchased a one hour class for 2 and we were very pleased with the attention and instruction Evan gave us. There was enough instruction and our questions were answered completely. Also, Evan was always there helping with the 2000 degree oven and melted glass.
If you are looking for an in depth class, this may not be the forum (it's only an hour!), but if you are looking to blow glass yourself, and be a part of the entire process, this is a great take.
I will be taking the three hour glass blowing class next.
Unlike other reviewers, we were given alcohol swabs to wipe off the rods before blowing. We were also given safety equipment and our answers were answered completely. Our class was short as there were only 4 people, and we were in 2 groups, so we were offered the choice of making another project - for a reasonable fee, which we did and were very pleased.
Highly recommended for a date night or fun time out. -
