Muay Thai, the combat sport from Thailand that specializes in stand-up striking and clinching techniques, fundamentally strengthens you with the ability to use “eight limbs.” Learn how to effectively strike with punches, kicks, elbows, and knee strikes! Unlike other combat sports and martial arts that limit your striking capabilities to two points of contact (fists) or four points (hands and feet), Muay Thai provides you with eight -- based on the eight limbs approach. By developing clinching techniques, you’ll be able hold your body in an advantageous position against your opponent. Take your self-defense techniques and fighting skills to a whole new level with this introductory class.
