Stuck hunching over at a desk 40 hours a week? Then you probably feel a bit tight. Flexibility is the key to many sports and dance activities yet often so difficult to achieve with all that sitting. Although this class was designed with pole dance practitioners in mind, people of all fitness levels and backgrounds can benefit from the stretches. To get immediate results we'll focus on static passive stretches, deep breathing and relaxation to really stretch out your hamstrings, open your shoulders and hip flexors and allow you to do back bends. Once class is over you'll notice an improvement in your bendiness and feel like you just got worked over by a Swedish masseuse named Helga.
