Hurdle through the city, unstoppable by any barrier. Lift your body over walls and pull your body up buildings. Leap tall buildings in a single bound... maybe. Parkour may not give you the strength and speed of Superman, but it'll give you the know-how to traverse any cityscape without running into barriers. During this parkour class, develop the strength, speed, and spatial awareness to navigate obstacles without being stumped. Class includes extensive, dynamic exercises, parkour movements, and a number of strength and conditioning exercises to ensure mastery of this intense art form.
