About this Activity
Kick-start your Sunday with more action than lounging on the sofa and watching an endless stream of NFL. If you're looking for an action-packed weekend, fit with cardio, flips, and somersaults, then your weekend needs some parkour. During this high-intensity class, you'll learn the basic movements and techniques of parkour, conditioning and strengthening exercises to test your parkour fitness, and a combination of routes and drills to provide a fun and exciting addition to your workout. Cover the cityscape and watch your body become more fluid as you travel from rooftop to rooftop!
