Want to learn Muay Thai with some extra Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) training? This class will make the “art of eight limbs” fun and satisfying to learn as you effectively use your entire body as a weapon. Add extra layers and depth to your understanding of martial arts with MMA training. You’ll work on these punches, blocks, and kicks as you increase your physical and mental ability and stamina. Along with improving your fitness, you'll develop grappling and clinching techniques. It’s a great way to get in shape as you develop important combat and self-defense skills that will be useful to you even outside of training.
